Custom Private Tour
With this tour of 4-5 hours, the clients will have a private tour designed by customer's likes and interests.
Stops are: Chosen by clients and with the assistance of our tour guide.
Level of difficulty: Basic
Price is based for two people. A $50 per person should be added for additional clients, up to six people.
This tour includes two 5"x 7" photos on a 8"x 10" acid-free single mat board souvenir photos about beautiful landscapes of Puerto Rico, and bottles of iced water per person. This tour DOES NOT include the cost of the food (if applicable) nor the tour guide tip.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Puerto Rico.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped Monda- Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before sending us an email requesting an update. It takes 3-7 days to process your order, but we may take longer during busy periods. Your local carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:
- Order confirmation
- Package tracking number
- Package ready to be delivered
- Package has arrived
If you have not received a shipment notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item is received used or altered, the exchange will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
All sales are final. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we can't exchange any product. Instead we can make a refund once and only when we receive the product back to us.
